The Consulate along with the Sri Lankan Expatriate Society in Jeddah organised the Champions Trophy Cricket Tournament on 22nd November 2024 at the JTPL Grounds in Jeddah.
This is a sister- tournament to the “Ambassador’s Cricket Tournament -2024” organised by the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Saudi Arabia on 27th December 2024 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Sri Lanka – Saudi Arabia Diplomatic relations this year.
Sri Lanka Titans team emerged as Champions while Lankan Lions secured the Runners up position out of the 8 teams participated in the tournament.
