Required Documents for Job Order from Companies and Recruitment Agencies

The following documents should be submitted in order to obtain a job order (the incomplete documents will not be accepted);

1. Application form (available at the consulate).
2. Demand letter (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA).
3. Power of Attorney (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA).
4. Agreement between two parties (should be attested by the chamber of commerce in KSA).
5. Copy of business registration certificate with English Translation (BRC).
6. Copy of license issued by Ministry of Labour.
7. Copy of sponsors Civil Identity Card.
8. Copy of license of Sri Lankan Agency.
9. A specimen contract agreement between the Employee and the Employer.
10. Company location map.
11. Fee SR.700.00.
