பிராந்தியத்தில் உருவாகி வரும் சூழ்நிலைகளைக் கருத்திற்கொண்டு, ஜித்தாவிலுள்ள இலங்கைத் துணைத் தூதரகம் (Consulate General), இலங்கையிலிருந்து வருகை தந்துள்ள அனைத்து உம்ரா பயணிகளையும் கீழே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள Google Form இணைப்பு (Link) ஊடாகத் தூதரகத்தில் பதிவு செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது.
