In his capacity as the Chairman, Consul General Falah Alhabshi Mowlana hosted the Asian Consul General Club (ACGC)gathering on 17th September to bid farewell to the outgoing Consul General of Thailand Mr Kitinai Nutakul.
The Consuls General appreciated the contribution by the outgoing Consul General and presented a token of recognition to him at the event.
Sri Lankan Chef Mr Mohammed Ilyas who won the Head Chef Award at the Saudi Caterer Awards -2024 entertained the group with a traditional Sri Lankan meal.
Sri Lanka took over the Chairmanship of the ACGC in August 2024. The ACGC with 14 member countries is an informal group that been created in 2011 to promote closer understanding, cooperation and relations among members by way of organizing various events and informal gatherings in Jeddah throughout the year.
